Straight Answers, Before You Commit

The questions homeowners ask us most — answered the way we'd answer them across your kitchen table.

Call, text, or use the quote form — whichever is easiest. We'll schedule a free walkthrough at a time that suits you, listen to what you have in mind, measure properly, and follow up with a written estimate. No obligation, and absolutely no pressure.
Yes — every estimate is free and itemized, showing labor and materials line by line. If anything needs adjusting mid-project, we talk it through and get your written approval before spending anything beyond the quote.
It depends on scope: single-room updates usually take days, bathroom remodels around 2–3 weeks, kitchens 3–4 weeks, and whole-home renovations 8–12 weeks. You'll have a written week-by-week schedule before any work begins.
Almost always, yes. We section off work zones with dust barriers and keep a bathroom and kitchen path available whenever possible. For especially dusty or loud phases, we'll flag them ahead of time so you can plan a day out.

We pause, show you photos of exactly what we found, and walk you through the options and costs. Nothing proceeds — and no extra dollar is spent — until you say yes in writing. No surprise invoices, ever.
Every project carries a 12-month workmanship warranty, and manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you in full. If something needs adjusting after handover, we come back and make it right — promptly.
In clear milestones: a deposit to order materials, scheduled payments as each stage completes, and the final payment only after your walkthrough and punch list are done. We accept card, check, or bank transfer.
